Get Involved
Thank you for your interest in getting involved with Napa Bunnies! If you love bunnies and would like to contribute to their wellbeing and quality of life, there are several opportunities to foster and volunteer with us. If you are not able to donate your time, please consider gifting supplies or a monetary donation.
Fostering
One of the most significant ways you can help Napa Bunnies is by fostering one of our rescue rabbits. We are always looking for new people who are willing to open their heart and home to a bun or two since our rescue program is entirely foster-based.
The goal is to provide a safe, loving environment until they can be adopted. While they are under your care, we will be advertising them on various websites and social media to find them their forever home. We can also help with supplies, litter, hay and food if not in your budget, though we ask that you provide daily greens.
Fostering is a great opportunity for people who can not commit to a rabbit or a pair for a lifetime, but want to enjoy their company. Fostering also allows a person new to rabbits to decide if rabbits are really the right companion for them long-term.
Volunteering
If fostering a rabbit is not right for you at this time, there are still ways to get involved! We would love help with grooming, cleaning, the occasional transport, shopping for greens, events, social media, fundraising, and all kinds of other odd jobs.
